About these terms

These Terms govern use of the BashLight website and the submission of order or quotation requests. BashLight operates from Merkaz HaKfar 1, Abu Ghosh, in the Jerusalem area. By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over any inconsistent term.

Website information

We work to present products, prices, materials, dimensions, colours and photographs accurately. Screen colours, handmade materials and production batches can vary. Measurements may be indicative unless confirmed in writing. Product availability and final specifications must be confirmed by BashLight before purchase.

Orders and contract formation

Submitting a website request does not collect payment, reserve stock or by itself create a completed sale. BashLight will confirm the product, total price, applicable taxes, fulfilment method, delivery charge, availability, payment arrangement, expected timing, cancellation information and any material limitation. A contract is formed only when BashLight accepts the order and the customer accepts the confirmed terms.

You must be at least 18 and provide complete, accurate contact and fulfilment details. We may refuse or cancel a request affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable stock, suspected misuse or an inability to complete delivery, while preserving any rights required by law.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown only in New Shekels (₪). Any mandatory tax or additional charge will be included or clearly disclosed before confirmation. Payment is arranged directly with the store through a confirmed method. Do not send card or bank details through a general contact form.

Delivery, pickup and installation

Only local delivery in supported areas and store pickup are offered. Separate delivery and pickup terms appear on the Delivery & Pickup page. Unless BashLight expressly confirms an installation service in writing, installation is not included. Electrical connection and chandelier installation must be performed by a suitably qualified electrician and in accordance with applicable safety requirements.

Cancellation, returns and defects

Cancellation and return rights are described on the Exchanges & Returns page and form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory remedy for a defective, misdescribed, unsafe or late product.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use the website for personal shopping and legitimate communication with BashLight. You may not interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, scrape the service at unreasonable volume, introduce malicious code or use website material unlawfully. Website text, photographs, design and branding may not be copied or commercially reused without permission unless the law allows it.

Responsibility

BashLight does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, we are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unauthorised electrical work, failure to follow installation or care instructions, or an event reasonably outside our control. Nothing limits a consumer's mandatory right to compensation or another remedy.

Changes and disputes

We may update the website and these Terms prospectively. The terms confirmed for an accepted order remain applicable to that order unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise. Applicable local law governs, and disputes will be heard by a court with lawful jurisdiction without limiting a consumer's mandatory venue rights.
